Does mongolia have the 2nd highest standard in the world? From my friends who've lived in Mongolia, and my travels in Iceland, they don't seem to be the same at all.

I mean you could perceive them the same way. They're both cold and nice and wild and slightly inconsequential. And are known as generally cool places.
